Booking data:

When you use our booking forms for (equine-assisted) camera and media training, webinars, or FuckUp Nights, we collect the following:

This data is stored in our CMS (Contao) and manually transferred to our CRM system (Teamleader). Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract fulfillment), to manage your registration and carry out our events. For follow-up sales activities, we use your data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Our website is hosted by Mittwald.

4. Data collection for training and webinars

The data collected through booking forms is used to conduct events and for sales activities. This data is not deleted unless you object to further use.
To prepare training sessions, we share the necessary data (e.g., name, company name) with our cooperation partner Anja Meyer (Beechwood Stable, Marker Weg 14, 53567 Buchholz). Anja Meyer uses this data solely for preparation and deletes it after the event.
Data transfer is based on a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.

5. Data storage and deletion

We store your data in our internal CRM system (Teamleader). The retention period depends on the stated purposes or legal retention obligations.
If you object to the use of your data for sales activities, we will block your data for this purpose.

6. Recording of webinars

AV22 medien GmbH reserves the right to record webinars, including participants' contributions (e.g., audio, chat messages, or video images), for internal review. These recordings are used solely for internal purposes. For public company communications (e.g., on the website or social media), we only use excerpts showing or featuring only the AV22 team.
If you do not want to appear in the recording for internal purposes, you can deactivate your camera and microphone during the webinar.
The recording is based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR to present, develop, and promote our services.

7. Providing webinar recordings via Vimeo

We provide recordings of our webinars via the video platform Vimeo. Access to these videos is granted via a registration form provided by Vimeo. As part of this registration, we collect the following personal data:

  • Company affiliation
  • Optional: phone number

We use this data to provide you with access to the webinar and to contact you afterward, based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — for example, to offer further information about our services.

The video itself is hosted on Vimeo, a service provided by Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, NY 10011, USA. Please note that when using Vimeo, personal data such as your IP address and information about your usage behavior may be transferred to and processed in the USA. Vimeo is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, ensuring an adequate level of data protection.
